Our team of service technicians is trained and ready to evaluate issues pertaining to the operation of all brands of aerators, fountains and air compressor systems. Our goal is to be responsive to all of our customers and respond to service issues within 48 hours and either correct the problem or provide you with the solution.

We value our customer design requirements and work toward implementating your specific designs. Ross Electric sets themselves apart from other companies by offering the following during new installations:

2. drawing creation and / or photo documentation
